Therefore, 6 x 3 = 18

Hence, if there are 12 blue sweets, there will be 18 pink ones (or 12:18)

To find the total number of sweets, we need to add both sides of ratio 12:18.

12 + 18 = 30

Therefore, there are 30 sweets in total in the bag

4. Curtis School has 1,575 students. The student to teacher ratio is 15 to 1. How many teachers are at Curtis School?
